SFC 2024-25 US SPORTS REGISTRATION PORTAL

PLEASE READ:

• NEW families to SFC are first-time users and will need to create a Family Account. Once you have established your account, you will login to "register" (click on BLUE button) to add your student(s) and the sports they intend to play for the entire year. 

• RETURNING families will use credentials establiesd last year to login and update student registration. Please update student grade, sports, and upload new clearance form. 

Physical Clearance

All incoming and current Upper School students registering for sports must have a current physical clearance form on file before they are authorized to participate. We require all physicals to be completed prior to the start of the new school year. Please schedule an exam during the summer months, dated on or before July 31st, 2024.

Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the last exam.

HOW TO UPLOAD A NEW PHYSICAL AFTER SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION:

1.  Log in to your family account using the username and password you created.

2.  On the Registration History page, located on the right portion of the screen, click "Add" link under "Physical Date" column. Click HERE to view the sample.

3.  On the pop up screen, upload the new physical and enter the date.

4.  Once done, click the "Save" button.
